Hey there, I’m Carmen.
I have spent three years loving and being loved by Jesus. He has changed my life!
The Bible says “Oh taste and see that the Lord is good”! And He is; there is none like Him. However, following Jesus has been the hardest thing that I’ve done in my life. The Bible calls us to take up our cross daily and be perfect as our heavenly Father is perfect. This is no easy feat. Many times (more than I’d like to admit), I’ve felt like giving up. In those moments, the last thing I needed was to hear cliche Christian platitudes like “Just have faith”. I needed encouragement that ministered to my soul, so I feel burdened to give that to you. I pray God will use my experiences to comfort, heal, and encourage you.
blessed be the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our afflictions!
First Things First…
Do you know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior? Each one of us will give an account to a perfect God for every action good and bad that we have done in our lives. The truth is the good WILL NOT cancel out the bad, which is why we are ALL in need of a savior. Jesus gave His life on the cross, so your debt ( all the bad things you’ve done) would be canceled. To receive His free gift, turn from your sin and put your trust in what He did on the cross for you. Allow Jesus to have control of your life and you can spend eternity with God in heaven.
My Testimony:
Jesus rescued me.
I didn’t grow up in a devout Christian household; we were Christmas and Easter Christians. I went about my business until I found my heart shattered by a toxic relationship in college. Desperate for love, I found myself in and out of several unfulfilling relationships until I came to the end of myself. I cried out to Jesus and He met me in my lowest low. All it took was one touch (experience) with Him and my life was changed. For the first time, I felt real love. Jesus is the lover of my soul (and yours too).
I have found the One Who My Soul Loves!

My favorite bible verses:
Romans 10:17 “So faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ.”
John 14:27 ” Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. Not as the word gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled neither let them be afraid.”
Phillippians 4:6 ” Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
